PRIVACY POLICY Effective Date: July 21, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how the muci.sh prototype service (the "Service") handles information when users communicate with software agents by text message or phone call. 1. INFORMATION WE PROCESS To provide the Service, we may process: - Your phone number. - Text messages you send to and receive from the Service. - Call audio and transcripts when you communicate with an agent by phone. - Basic technical and delivery information, such as message timestamps, call duration, delivery status, and error logs. - Records showing that you opted in to receive text messages, requested help, or opted out. Do not send sensitive personal information through the prototype unless it is necessary for your interaction. 2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION We use this information only to: - Send and receive messages or calls requested by you. - Allow software agents to respond to you. - Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the prototype. - Prevent abuse and comply with your opt-in or opt-out instructions. The Service may use automated or artificial-intelligence systems to generate responses. Do not rely on the Service for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. 3. TEXT MESSAGE CONSENT We send text messages only after you expressly opt in to receive them. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. By opting in, you authorize the Service to send automated or agent-generated text messages to the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies based on your use of the Service. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP. After a STOP request, we will send at most one confirmation message and will not send additional texts unless you expressly opt in again. Reply HELP for help or use the contact information below. Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to telecommunications providers and service providers only as needed to deliver and operate the Service. 4. PHONE CALLS The Service may place or receive calls when you request, initiate, or expressly agree to that communication. Calls may involve an automated or artificial-intelligence agent. Where required by law, we will provide notice before recording or transcribing a call. 5. DATA RETENTION We do not retain personal data for longer than 90 days after it is collected. Within that period, we delete the applicable phone numbers, messages, call audio, transcripts, consent records, opt-out records, technical logs, and backup copies. Because consent and opt-out records are also deleted within 90 days, you may be required to opt in again before receiving future text messages. Deleting an opt-out record does not authorize us to resume texting you; a new express opt-in is required. 6. DATA SHARING We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only to vendors and telecommunications providers that help us host, operate, secure, or deliver the Service. They may process information only for those purposes and subject to our instructions. 7. SECURITY We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No prototype or communication system can guarantee absolute security. 8. CHILDREN The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy as the prototype changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will apply only after the updated policy is posted. 10. CONTACT Questions or privacy requests may be sent to admin@muci.sh.
